This online payment system is provided by  METAS ADVENTIST COLLEGE, Surat.   METAS ADVENTIST COLLEGE  may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:-

All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees. METAS ADVENTIST COLLEGE reserves the right to change the fees at any time.

• Your payment will normally reach METAS ADVENTIST COLLEGE  account to which you are making a payment within two working days.
• We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct METAS ADVENTIST COLLEGE  account due to you quoting an incorrect account number or incorrect student  details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If the card supplier declines payment the METAS ADVENTIST COLLEGE  is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
• In no event will the METAS ADVENTIST COLLEGE  be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
• The College shall not be responsible for any inconvenience, fraud, misappropriation, etc. in the process of online payment.
• Metas Adventist College, Surat will no longer be accountable for any unpredictable / unanticipated eventuality like server failure or crashing or hacking, etc. In such an eventuality, the college reserves the right to take appropriate decision.  
• The college shall not remain accountable for the information shared by the parents to the agencies / banks concerned while paying the fees online
• The parents are to agree that the college shall not be held liable for any loss or damages arising out of the use of, or reliance on the information contained on the website including its failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions owing to the eventuality beyond the reasonable control of the college.

Refund Policy

• If the Student leaves the METAS ADVENTIST COLLEGE  before they complete their course, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of Semester Fees and related payments..
• Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made  as per the sources of  debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require METAS ADVENTIST COLLEGE to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.

Service Provider

• The METAS Adventist College is not directly involved in the online payment but through service provider (HDFC Bank Payment Gateway).

ACCEPTANCE BY THE PARENTS TO BE VOLUNTARY:
The parents do agree and acknowledge that they shall be solely responsible for their decision to agree and accept the terms and conditions mentioned herein above, and accordingly proceed for the payment of fees online. It has to be purely voluntary on the part of the parents.
